Your Tasks

As a GMP Quality Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role within the Quality Operations team:

• Support compliance-based quality programs and cross-functional initiatives
• Contribute to release/rejection decisions for GMP-relevant materials, including critical issue support
• Review documentation, systems, and GMP-relevant records
• Help maintain and improve quality systems, directives, and site procedures
• Ensure work meets the highest standards of integrity, quality, and GMP compliance

Your Profile

• Previous experience in a similar quality role within a regulated environment is an advantage
• University degree (Bachelor's or higher) preferred
• Fluent German (C1) mandatory
• Business-proficient English expected
• Reliable, structured, and detail-oriented way of working
• On-site at least 3 days/week (hybrid)
