About Our Client

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator (m/f/d) for our client, a prominent company in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector. This organization is renowned for its rigorous quality standards and its commitment to producing biologics that support patients globally.

Your Tasks

  • Set up, prepare, and operate manufacturing equipment as part of a cross-functional production team.
  • Prepare components and manage materials to ensure seamless production flow.
  • Take samples and perform shop floor tasks that support daily manufacturing operations.
  • Maintain equipment in GMP compliance through routine monitoring, calibration, and maintenance.
  • Complete and review batch documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping of production activities.
  • Familiarize yourself with and adhere to area-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support the coordination of daily work schedules in collaboration with relevant support groups.
  • Handle inventory management, ordering, and general housekeeping duties on the shop floor.

Your Profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, or an equivalent apprenticeship/education.
  • Solid understanding of GMP manufacturing processes.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English, spoken and written.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage.
  • A reliable, detail-oriented, and team-driven approach to work.
