3D Metrology Specialist – Watchmaking Industry (M/F)

We are excited to strengthen our Manufacturing Quality team with the addition of a skilled 3D Metrology Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in supporting production through the dimensional control of casing components.
Your Role
As a technical reference in three-dimensional control, you will be engaged from the definition of measurement strategies through to the validation of results. Your expertise will ensure the conformity of parts and the reliability of metrology data.
Your Main Tasks
- Develop, optimize, and maintain measurement programs on Zeiss Contura machines.
- Establish and structure control protocols via Ellisetting.
- Monitor consistency and follow-up on quality indicators.
- Analyze dimensional variances and actively contribute to resolving non-conformities.
- Assist production teams with metrology-related issues.
- Occasionally travel to various sites in the French-speaking region of Switzerland.
Experience with optical control (Mitutoyo equipment, VideoCad) will be considered a plus.
Desired Profile
- Technical training in metrology or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in programming within the Calypso and Zeiss environment.
- A total of 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial metrology.
- Strong analytical skills, precision, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and thrive in collaborative settings.
