Our client is seeking to expand their team with a dedicated Property Manager to join their operations in Geneva or Nyon.

Position Details

• Activity Rate: 100%
• Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative and technical management of condominiums
• Preside over General Assemblies and committees
• Establish maintenance and renovation budgets
• Conduct property inspections and follow up on maintenance and renovation work
• Maintain direct communication with co-owners and contracted companies

Experience and Qualifications Required

• Holder of a commercial employee diploma or equivalent training
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within a Swiss property management company
• Fluency in French; knowledge of English and German is an asset
• Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and stress resistance
• Professional presentation
• Swiss citizenship or valid work permit
