Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative and technical management of condominiums
• Preside over General Assemblies and committees
• Establish maintenance and renovation budgets
• Conduct property inspections and monitor maintenance and renovation efforts
• Maintain direct contact with co-owners and contracted companies

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Holder of a commercial employee diploma or equivalent training
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Swiss property management company
• Fluency in French; proficiency in English and German is an asset
• Demonstrated autonomy and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under stress and maintain a polished presentation
• Must possess a Swiss or valid work permit
