Responsibilities
- Administrative and technical management of condominiums
- Presiding over General Assemblies and committees
- Preparing maintenance and renovation budgets
- Conducting property inspections and overseeing maintenance and renovation work
- Direct contact with co-owners and contracted companies
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Holder of a Federal Certificate of Proficiency (CFC) in commercial employment or equivalent training
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Swiss real estate agency
- Proficiency in French; knowledge of English and German is an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously, with excellent organizational skills and stress resilience
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Swiss citizen or valid work permit
