Job Description

As a certified electrician or project manager, you will operationally lead the electrical installation company in the Basel region. You will oversee electrical projects from the planning phase through to acceptance, ensuring a seamless execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with electricians, project managers, and external partners
  • Preparing quotes and reviewing technical documents
  • Ensuring compliance with the NIN and regional regulations
  • Maintaining customer relationships in the Basel area and acquiring new contracts
  • Managing quality, deadlines, and costs

We Expect

  • Completed apprenticeship as a certified electrician EFZ or installation electrician EFZ
  • Further training as an electrical project manager in installation and safety, or as an electrical technician HF
  • A diploma as a federally certified electrician is an advantage for management roles
  • Several years of experience in the electrical installation industry
  • Experience in managing small and medium-sized systems
  • Leadership experience with employees
  • Proficiency in quote preparation and work planning
  • Knowledge of regional regulations in Basel, including safety certificates and permits
