They specialize in the development and production of technical plastic components as well as the manufacturing of corresponding injection molds, enjoying an excellent reputation in the industry.

Job Description

In the modern injection molding department, equipped with 30 machines, you will encounter varied and responsible tasks. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and adjusting the machines, particularly the Aarburg machines
• Conducting sampling and material tests
• Optimizing processes and monitoring series production to ensure product quality
• Acting as the first point of contact in case of production disruptions and resolving issues quickly and efficiently

Your teamwork will be crucial in achieving production goals and enhancing efficiency.

We Expect

You should have completed training in the plastics industry, ideally as a plastics technician or plastic molder with a specialization in injection molding. We are looking for candidates who are:

• Willing to work in a two-shift operation
• Independent and goal-oriented in their work style
• Strong team players with exceptional social skills, commitment, and dynamism
