SAP Programme Manager/Governance Lead

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a SAP Programme Manager/Governance Lead. This role is crucial for a brand new project and will be performed in a hybrid work environment.
Key Requirements
- Lead complex, end-to-end business and enterprise transformation programmes across multiple functions.
- Manage programme budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial planning, including CAPEX/OPEX.
- Oversee multiple projects, workstreams, and Project Managers, ensuring successful delivery against programme objectives.
- Own programme governance, RAID management, compliance, and reporting.
- Manage resources and workforce planning, ensuring appropriate capacity across the programme.
- Lead senior stakeholder and Steering Committee engagement, providing clear programme and financial reporting.
- Oversee vendors, suppliers, procurement, and third-party delivery partners.
- Ensure adherence to data protection, information security, audit, and organisational compliance standards.
- Drive transformation across areas such as Finance, HR, Sales, Supply Chain/Logistics, Data & Analytics, and Enterprise Technology.
- Coach and develop Project Managers while promoting strong delivery standards and programme governance.
