SAP Procurement Solution Consultant

We are excited to announce a new contract opportunity for an experienced SAP S4 Hana Procurement Solution Consultant to be part of a major enterprise-wide SAP transformation program. This role is based in a hybrid model, requiring on-site presence two days a week in the client's location near Stevenage. The initial contract is set for 12 months, with strong potential for extension as we delve deeper into this long-term transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement solution design and delivery within SAP S4 Hana Sourcing & Procurement environments.
• Act as the Procurement Lead or Solution Consultant for multiple large-scale SAP S4 Hana transformation programs.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, covering purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contract management, supplier management, supplier collaboration, invoice management, and three-way matching.
• Possess strong knowledge of SAP ECC Materials Management and transition processes to S4 Hana procurement capabilities.
• Facilitate extensive Fit-to-Standard workshops, promoting SAP standard functionality while challenging legacy custom processes.
• Design procurement processes for complex multi-entity, multi-currency global organizations.
• Understand supplier master data, spend management, supplier consolidation, and procurement governance thoroughly.
• Work effectively within hybrid landscapes where SAP S4 Hana coexists with both legacy SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Maintain strong integration awareness across SAP and external solutions, including supplier networks, EDI, and third-party platforms.
• Support solution design decisions, manage dependencies, and collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Data, Change, and Transformation teams.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, and broader SAP procurement solutions will be highly beneficial.
• Exposure to tools such as SAP Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM, LeanIX, and Tricentis is advantageous.
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
