Product Manager Restoratives (100%)
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Product Manager for Restoratives. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the development and execution of our product strategies while overseeing the entire lifecycle of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Marketing, Sales, Education, and Manufacturing.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
- Create comprehensive business cases and financial models.
- Manage successful product launches that resonate with the market.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and quality compliance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic partners.
- Manage product budgets and resources effectively.
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of product management experience.
- Strategic Leadership: Proven track record in developing and executing product strategies, managing successful product launches, and driving revenue growth.
- Technical & Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental product technologies, market trends, and customer needs.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven decision-making capabilities with proficiency in analytics tools to assess product performance and market dynamics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to influence effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets and sales forecasting to support product financial performance.
- Industry Experience (Preferred, Not Required): Experience in dental manufacturing, medical devices, or related healthcare sectors is beneficial, though candidates with transferable skills will also be considered.
- Regulatory Knowledge (Preferred, Not Required): Familiarity with medical device regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.
