Our client, an internationally active industrial company based in Winterthur, is seeking an experienced and reliable pipefitter for a temporary full-time position. In this technically challenging environment, you will tackle exciting tasks in the field of pipe construction for complex machinery.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Measuring, cutting, and manually and mechanically bending pipes
- Assembling fittings
- Adapting prefabricated pipelines to compressors
- Ensuring precise fits for all components
Your meticulous work ethic and strong understanding of technical drawings will make you an invaluable member of the assembly team.
We Expect
- Completed training as a plant and apparatus builder, pipefitter, or in a related field
- Experience in shaping and assembling pipelines
- Proficient knowledge of handling pipe fittings
- Strong ability to read technical drawings
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:30 / 14:15–22:45)
