Your Tasks
- Apply time-resolved cryo-EM and complementary biophysical techniques to capture dynamic structural changes during protein activation with high spatial and temporal resolution.
- Prepare samples of protein complexes for structural and biophysical studies.
- Perform cryo-EM data collection, image processing, and 3D reconstruction.
- Integrate cryo-EM results with additional biophysical data to obtain comprehensive mechanistic insights.
- Present research findings at national and international scientific conferences.
- Publish results in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in biochemistry, structural biology, or a related discipline, completed before February 2026.
- Experience in one or more of the following: membrane protein biochemistry/biophysics, cryo-EM, X-ray crystallography, or spectroscopy.
- Strong motivation to work on ambitious, interdisciplinary projects at the frontier of structural biology.
