Office Coordinator (100%)
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Office Coordinator to ensure the smooth daily operations of our office while creating a welcoming environment for both employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, answer phone calls, and manage the office inbox, including incoming and outgoing mail.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and organize internal meetings and small office events.
- Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, and vendor orders.
- Oversee protocol gifts and awards for official visits, events, and tournaments.
- Liaise with building management and external vendors for repairs and maintenance.
- Support office logistics to ensure a pleasant and well-organized workplace.
- Provide general administrative support as needed, including correspondence in English.
Profile
- Experience in office management, hospitality, or administrative support.
- Highly organized, proactive, and service-minded.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
- Must be a Swiss citizen or holder of a valid Swiss work permit.
- This is a fully in-office position.
