About the Role

As a Junior Sport Project Manager, you will take on a cross-functional role, supporting event coordination, sports diplomacy, and handling essential financial reporting. You will thrive in a startup-style environment while directly assisting the leadership team.

Work Tasks

• Coordinate international events and professional congresses
• Support sports diplomacy initiatives and ecosystem synergies
• Create engaging visual presentations using PowerPoint or Canva
• Manage analytical accounting data and coordinate with the fiduciary
• Perform monthly budget reviews and generate analytical reports
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist during key events, which may occasionally involve evenings or weekends.

We Are Looking For

• A university degree or HES (in Sports/Sports Management, HEC, EHL, HEIG-VD, or equivalent)
• Fluent in French and English (German is a plus)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint/Canva and comfort with Excel (data manipulation and basic analytical skills)
