Job Description

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Network Electrician who, following thorough training, will aspire to the role of Head of Network Construction.

In this initial phase, you will take on the responsibilities of a network electrician, collaborating integratively with your team on various construction projects. As the network construction team expands, additional management responsibilities will arise, allowing you to prepare for future leadership roles and support the continuous development of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation, coordination, and organization of network construction projects
• Independent technical leadership of the team
• Reporting, measurement, and billing
• Client offers and acquisition

Requirements

You should possess a foundational education in network construction (Certified Network Electrician EFZ) and ideally hold initial leadership experience. A high level of self-responsibility, entrepreneurial mindset, and courteous demeanor towards customers, suppliers, and colleagues are essential qualities. Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are required, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Additionally, you should be willing to pursue further education to obtain your Network Electrician Master HFP. A Category B driving license is mandatory. Ideally, you will reside in the Amriswil/Bischofszell/Gossau region.
