Job Description

You are a Solar Project Manager with a hands-on approach: practical, reliable, and ready to lead a team. You know solar systems inside out and want to deliver real results—quickly, cleanly, and safely.

• Leadership and coordination of the installation team
• Installation of substructures and solar modules on various types of roofs
• Cabling of modules and lines to inverters
• Operation of telehandlers, forklifts, and lifts
• Installation of inverters and battery storage systems
• Service, maintenance, and cleaning of existing systems

We Expect

• Completed training in a skilled trade, ideally as an electrician, roofer, carpenter, or plumber
• Experience in the installation of solar systems
• Independent and reliable working style
• Experience in personnel management is an advantage
• Good command of German, both spoken and written, is required
• Driving license category B is mandatory
• Willingness to travel within the region of Eastern Switzerland
