About the Role

Pomoca is in the process of implementing a new ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, which will focus on finance, commerce, and payroll. While the initial implementation occurred in March 2025, we are set to complete the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) aspect in 2026. You will take charge of the complete implementation of MRP, ensuring data quality, proper MRP settings, and streamlined processes for smooth operations.

Your role will involve optimizing purchasing planning, logistics flows, and production scheduling to maximize efficiency across manufacturing, logistics, and procurement. Your primary contacts will be from the purchasing, logistics (line-side procurement), and production (scheduling) teams.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Understand the MRP logic of BusinessCentral and configure it to meet company needs.
  • Ensure data quality in the item MasterData, including bills of materials and routings.
  • Execute and manage the MRP process in the ERP system to generate purchase and production orders based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and stock levels.
  • Analyze material availability and propose measures to avoid shortages or excess stock.
  • Monitor and maintain relevant master data for planning, including lead times, safety stock, and order quantities.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure alignment between procurement needs and delivery schedules.
  • Support S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes by providing accurate material and production planning information.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in MRP and planning workflows.

Profile

  • Education in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in material requirements planning (MRP) or supply chain functions within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MRP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • A digital mindset with a solid understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and production flows.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Fluency in French (working language) and English.
  • Preferred: Experience in the sporting goods or textile industry, passion for outdoor sports, and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
