MES Consultant (Werum PAS-X) - 6-12 Months B2B Contract - Switzerland - Hybrid

RED is excited to present a new contract opportunity for an MES Consultant (Werum PAS-X) to collaborate with one of our esteemed global partners. This role involves supporting manufacturing and laboratory systems for a prominent organization operating in a regulated environment.

The initial contract duration is 6 months, with a strong potential for extension up to 12 months. This position is set to commence as soon as possible and will follow a hybrid model, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site in Northern Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and optimize manufacturing applications and IT environments.
• Maintain and configure manufacturing and laboratory systems.
• Manage system integrations and user access activities.
• Participate in on-call support as required.

Specific Skills/Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in supporting MES, manufacturing applications, or manufacturing IT environments.
• Strong IT infrastructure background, including expertise in Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft SQL Server administration.
• Hands-on experience with Werum PAS-X or a comparable Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, biotechnology, or medical devices.
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as GxP, SOX, and EHS.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and incident management skills across local and global support teams.
• Able to liaise effectively with business and technical stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
• Availability to join on short notice.
