Your Responsibilities
- Rigging & De-Rigging of Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF & LEAP engines for engine test runs in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals.
- Conduct final engine test runs for Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF & LEAP engines, adhering to manufacturer's guidelines.
- Perform Borescope inspections following the test runs.
- Troubleshoot issues in the test cell.
- Execute tasks in a timely manner, with independent self-monitoring of completed work.
- Document activities in compliance with regulations.
- Continuously improve processes, aiming to enhance quality and reduce production costs.
Your Profile
- Technical background in engine test cell operations or completed vocational training in metal/mechanical fields (e.g., polymechanics, machine, or automobile mechanics), with borescope inspection certification and 2+ years of experience.
- Proficient in inspection and maintenance tasks, demonstrating the ability to work independently with precision and a high sense of responsibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills complemented by effective communication capabilities.
- Ability to work comfortably on a two-shift schedule with a flexible and reliable approach.
- A dedicated team player with an open-minded attitude.
- High awareness of safety, quality, and cost-efficiency in daily tasks.
- Good command of MS Office and SAP; English proficiency at B2 level, with German as a plus.
