About the Role

The Marketing Manager for Switzerland will serve as an essential partner to the sales team, turning business priorities into innovative marketing initiatives that enhance client acquisition, foster engagement, accelerate pipeline growth, and contribute to overall business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Growth & Business Partnership
  • Collaborate with sales and client portfolio managers to identify growth opportunities and support business objectives.
  • Develop and implement market, segment, and account-based marketing plans in alignment with sales strategies.
  • Translate business challenges into measurable marketing initiatives that enhance client acquisition and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on growth strategies and marketing investments.
  • Build strong partnerships with sales, marketing, content, communications, compliance, and external agencies.
  • Influence senior stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.
  • Represent market insights by integrating client feedback and competitive intelligence into planning discussions.
  • Plan and execute proprietary client events and high-impact engagement opportunities.
• Client Journey & Demand Generation
  • Own and optimize end-to-end client journeys for priority segments.
  • Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and commercial success.
  • Identify conversion opportunities and streamline the marketing funnel.
  • Champion digital engagement programs for scalable growth initiatives.
• Data, Insights & Performance Management
  • Establish clear KPIs linked to pipeline creation and business growth.
  • Leverage CRM and analytics platforms to measure performance and optimize marketing investments.
  • Translate data and client insights into actionable strategies for commercial teams.
  • Continuously test, learn, and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of the Swiss financial services and asset management landscapes.
• Proven track record in linking marketing investments to business outcomes.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (M365, Salesforce, MC Cloud, etc.).
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
