Help Our Clients Successfully Manage Global Challenges

As an (Assistant) Manager in the Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will provide multinational companies with targeted advice and strategies for efficiently managing Global Mobility programs. Our team supports clients with the comprehensive management of global compensation for internationally mobile employees while optimizing tax compliance and positions. As part of the US Tax team, you will advise on US tax returns and compliance topics and oversee the final sign-off of US tax returns before delivery.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Coordinate our global tax compliance services by liaising directly with clients and Deloitte offices worldwide.
• Review and sign US individual income tax returns for US resident and nonresident taxpayers, including various specific forms.
• Review and sign tax reconciliations and tax equalization calculations, leading various tasks related to the successful delivery of Global Mobility programs.
• Oversee the completion of tasks and ensure the quality of work done by junior team members.
• Interpret and implement International Assignment Policies to ensure consistent global tax treatment of various assignment compensation items and allowances.
• Advise clients on the tax and social security implications related to various global employment issues such as tax residency and the taxation of complex compensation.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accountancy, or Law.
• You have 5+ years of US tax experience/knowledge and hold a relevant qualification (e.g., EA, CPA, etc.).
• Experience in global mobility or a “Big-4” firm is advantageous.
• You are curious, take the initiative, and are willing to take on responsibility while working in project teams with a systematic approach.
• You communicate fluently in English; additional languages would be a plus.
