Your Future Role
Your main responsibility will be to ensure the comprehensive maintenance of our infrastructures and equipment. You will oversee building installations, guarantee their reliability, and assist teams in diagnosing and resolving malfunctions. Your ultimate goal is to ensure optimal, secure, and sustainable operation of the equipment.
Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance on installations, including lifts, doors, locksmithing, and building equipment.
- Supervise general technical maintenance of the building and coordinate interventions.
- Collaborate with both internal and external service providers to ensure quality and safety.
- Identify root causes of breakdowns and propose lasting solutions.
- Create, update, and optimize maintenance plans.
- Manage work orders and cooperate with other departments.
- Monitor stock of spare parts, receive, and control deliveries.
We Expect
Your Profile:
- CFC as an electrician, mechanic, or an equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial or technical building maintenance.
- Strong skills in electricity, mechanics, and locksmithing.
- Proficient in Office Suite and ERP systems (a plus).
- Organized, autonomous, and rigorous, with a keen sense of priorities.
- Good physical condition and flexibility for occasional weekend interventions.
- Native French speaker with a good knowledge of German (B1).
Preferred Assets:
- Experience in the food industry.
- Knowledge of automatic doors and lifts.
- Experience in managing spare parts inventory.
