Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire agricultural sector: breeding stock, hatchery, and fattening.
- Ensure the supply of live chickens according to production needs.
- Optimize resources, yields, and operational performance.
- Collaborate closely with external partners (breeders/fatteners).
- Ensure strict compliance with legal and internal animal welfare standards.
- Define, monitor, and achieve the annual objectives set by management.
We Expect
Your Profile
- Agricultural or agri-food training.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in production management.
- In-depth knowledge of breeding, supply, and animal welfare.
- Natural leadership, ability to motivate a team, and manage multiple sites.
- Rigor, sense of responsibility, and adherence to safety standards.
- Technician diploma in agri-food or equivalent.
