Operator MAB (m/f/d) - Downstream Processing (DSP)

We are currently seeking a qualified Operator MAB (m/f/d) to join our client's team at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd in Basel. This role is integral to supporting Large Molecules Manufacturing (MAB) operations within a highly regulated environment, specifically focused on GMP-compliant upstream processing activities for monoclonal antibody production.

As an Operator, you will play a key role in the rapid transfer-in of Ocre and contribute to the manufacturing of clinical and PPQ batches. Your involvement in hands-on production activities will be crucial in ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Weighing of raw materials
• Sampling of products
• Conducting laboratory work, including cell counts and pH measurements
• Supporting plant maintenance activities
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment
• Managing materials in local storage areas

Qualifications

• Minimum vocational degree, ideally with a background in biotechnology
• At least one year of experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP production environment
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to weighing processes and handling raw materials
• Basic MS Office skills and experience with MES/PLS electronic documentation systems
• Fluent in German (minimum B2 level) in both speaking and writing
• Strong teamwork abilities
