Operator MAB (m/f/d) - Downstream Processing (DSP)

We are seeking a qualified Operator MAB for Large Molecules Manufacturing (MAB) operations at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd in Basel. In this essential role, you will support GMP-compliant upstream processing activities for monoclonal antibody production, contributing significantly to the rapid transfer-in of Ocre and the manufacturing of clinical and PPQ batches within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Weighing of raw materials
• Sampling
• Conducting laboratory work such as cell counts and pH measurements
• Supporting plant maintenance activities
• Cleaning equipment
• Managing materials in local storage areas

Qualifications

• Minimum vocational degree with a technical background; ideal for Biotechnologists
• At least 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP production environment
• Ability to perform physical work, including weighing processes and handling raw materials
• Basic MS Office skills and experience with MES/PLS electronic documentation systems
• Fluent in German (minimum B2) in both speaking and writing
• Strong teamwork skills
