Responsibilities

As a legal trainee, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing essential legal advice on employment law matters, including issues related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, as well as litigation and investigation. You will have the opportunity to address complex global and local issues, transforming challenges into effective solutions.
  • Engaging in practical tasks by managing individual legal cases and significant projects (e.g., reorganizations, divestments, and the implementation of new policies and processes). You will also draft and review agreements, internal regulations, and templates, allowing you to transition from theoretical knowledge to practical application and make an immediate impact.
  • Conducting in-depth legal research and crafting legal memoranda to simplify complex ideas into clear insights. Your knowledge will be instrumental in driving our mutual success.

What You Will Bring

  • Swiss Bachelor of Law (BLaw) and Master of Law (MLaw); the master's degree must be completed before the start date.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and German, both verbally and in writing.
  • High motivation and the ability to work independently on challenging tasks and projects.
  • Prior legal internship experience and knowledge in employment law would be an advantage.
