Lead Business Analyst - Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM)

Contract Duration: 6 months (B2B Contract) - Thailand (Hybrid)

RED has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Business Analyst specializing in Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) to join one of our key partners on a significant MOM transformation program. This initial contract is set for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on project requirements. The role requires hybrid work, with on-site presence at manufacturing sites in central Thailand for 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively across Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), MES, Automation, Machine Connectivity, and Manufacturing Intelligence.
• Conduct portfolio governance, demand management, business case development, prioritization, and roadmap planning with executive stakeholders.
• Utilize strong Business Analysis skills for requirements gathering, process mapping, operating model design, fit-gap analysis, workshop facilitation, and impact assessment.
• Work closely with manufacturing execution processes, including production execution, traceability, material flow, quality management, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
• Understand industrial automation and IT/OT environments, including PLC, SCADA, HMI, machine connectivity, and operational technology.
• Coordinate initiatives involving cross-functional teams from Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, Data, Architecture, and external vendors.
• Support or lead MES, Smart Factory, Manufacturing Transformation, or Digital Manufacturing programs.
• Create governance frameworks, standards, templates, decision papers, and portfolio reporting.
• Engage in stakeholder management, influencing senior business and technical stakeholders effectively.
• Coach or guide Business Analysts as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management support, Manufacturing Systems, Smart Factory, or Digital Manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience across Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), MES, Automation, and related technology portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent communication abilities in English and Thai.
• Manufacturing industry experience is essential.
• Able to start within 2-4 weeks from the offer.
