SAP Digital Manufacturing Business Analyst - 6 Months B2B Contract - Thailand

RED is excited to announce a new contract opportunity for an SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) Business Analyst. Join one of our key partners in a global digital manufacturing transformation program. This initial contract is for 6 months, with the potential for further extensions based on project requirements.

This position is set to start ASAP and follows a hybrid working model, allowing for four days per week on-site in Gemopolis and one day per week remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and support the implementation of SAP Digital Manufacturing.
• Drive improvements in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and production execution processes.
• Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and documentation.
• Create user stories and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Facilitate workshops with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, and IT stakeholders.

Specific Skills/Experience Required

• 5+ years of Business Analyst or functional consulting experience within Manufacturing, Supply Chain, MES, or related environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) in implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), production execution, shop-floor operations, traceability, and quality processes.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, documentation, user story creation, and UAT support.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA integrated manufacturing processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
