We are excited to offer a position as Lead Architect within our architecture department, providing long-term career opportunities. This role focuses on laboratory and production buildings for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries in Switzerland, with a strong emphasis on architectural excellence. Your responsibilities will encompass all tasks within service phases 1 to 5, in accordance with SIA standards.
Show Your Expertise
- Master's degree in Architecture with approximately 10 years of professional experience, ideally within the Swiss architectural or planning environment
- Proven track record in designing facilities for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries
- Ability to translate complex project requirements into compelling visual concepts, tailored to each project phase and communicated with clarity and impact
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss standards, regulatory frameworks, and approval processes
- Proficient in CAD and BIM tools, especially Revit
- Fluency in German and a solid command of English; French is considered a plus
- Recognized as a team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for interdisciplinary work
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland for project-related assignments
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand client perspectives, anticipate needs, and build trust through expertise and empathy
- A charismatic presence and passion for architecture, combined with the confidence to lead projects and cultivate long-term client relationships
