Job Opportunity: Packaging Operator

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Packaging Operator to support the manual labeling and packaging of drugs for clinical trials. In this role, you will adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), safety, and environmental guidelines to ensure the timely production of high-quality products. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining operational excellence and driving continuous improvement initiatives within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Manually label and package primary packaged drugs for clinical trials.
• Perform assigned tasks in accordance with the production schedule and GMP, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Accurately complete batch documentation both on paper and electronically in compliance with GMP regulations.
• Conduct in-process quality inspections and ensure proper documentation of activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area in adherence to 5S principles.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE) and policies.
• Participate in training sessions to maintain necessary skills.
• Identify and suggest improvements in processes, safety, hygiene, and organization.
• Collaborate with other departments and provide support in various areas such as primary packaging, warehouse operations, or label printing.
• Be open to overtime or shift work (early and late shifts) as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Experience in GMP environments and pharmaceutical packaging.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under time pressure.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• High sense of responsibility and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.
• Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach towards continuous improvement.
• Fine motor skills and a passion for precise, hands-on work.
• Proficiency in standard PC programs (e.g., MS Office); knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Solid understanding of quality standards and processes.
• Fluency in German (spoken and written); knowledge of English is an advantage.
