The Role: Apparel and Accessories Testing Lead
As the Apparel and Accessories Testing Lead, you will play a crucial role in validating products from development to market, specifically focusing on specialized high-performance sport categories. Your work will take place in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you will partner with teams across Design, Development, Materials, and Strategy to guarantee excellence in comfort, durability, and performance.
Your Mission
- Command the Validation Strategy: Define and execute rigorous testing strategies across durability, comfort, and performance, overseeing specialized testing programs based on product briefs and target consumers.
- Uncover the Truth in Data: Lead qualitative and quantitative testing, perception studies, and real-world validation, integrating consumer insights and scientific expertise into standardized, evidence-based product evaluations.
- Drive Confident Decisions: Translate complex testing results into powerful insights that facilitate informed decision-making and elevate product excellence across the organization.
- Influence Product Creation: Conduct hands-on performance testing and present key findings and improvement recommendations to stakeholders, delivering competitive insights to foster innovation.
- Build the Testing Ecosystem: Establish efficient testing processes, timelines, and feedback loops that align seamlessly with Product Creation calendars, while actively maintaining a dynamic tester network.
- Elevate Operations: Work with testing systems and databases to ensure high-quality data and optimized reporting flows, significantly contributing to team goals and continuous improvement of testing methodologies.

- You are highly organized, adept at building robust tester networks, establishing efficient processes, and managing global testing logistics.
- You have 7+ years of experience focused on the human experience with a product or service.
- You are willing to travel globally and can work flexible hours to align with athlete schedules and events.
- You are a clear communicator in English, both verbal and written.
