AYES Switzerland is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Landing Gear Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in Luzern, Switzerland. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead system engineering activities related to landing gear design, integration, and validation.
• Drive the development and certification of sub-systems, including Wheels, Brakes & Tyres, Nose Landing Gear Steering, and Shimmy Damper.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, hydraulic, and software engineering.
• Develop and review system requirements, specifications, and verification plans.
• Support risk analysis, testing, and certification activities related to landing gear systems.

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive experience as a Systems Engineer specializing in landing gear systems.
• Proven expertise in the development and certification of Wheels, Brakes & Tyres, Nose Landing Gear Steering, and Shimmy Damper.
• Strong knowledge of aeronautical standards and certification processes.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
