About the Role

Our client, an innovative high-tech startup developing advanced solutions for the electronics industry, is seeking a Junior Finance Manager to join their Finance Team. This position offers a 40% commitment starting as soon as possible for a duration of 6 months, with a strong potential for a permanent role after graduation, contingent upon your demonstrated value.

As a Junior Finance Manager, you will be integral in supporting the financial and operational efficiency of the company. Your responsibilities will include handling day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring data accuracy. You should be prepared to take on varied tasks as the company evolves in a fast-paced innovation environment.

Work Tasks

• Processing, verifying, and entering accounts payable invoices.
• Managing bank access, payment preparations, and employee expenses.
• Supporting general accounting and the dispatch of outgoing invoices.
• Coordinating with the team to resolve billing and financial queries.
• Assisting the Finance Manager with diverse operational and administrative tasks.

We Are Looking For

• A current Bachelor’s or Master’s degree candidate in Finance, Administration (HEC, HEG), or Hospitality (EHL).
• A background in administration or finance, with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (experience with Odoo is a plus).
• Fluency in English.
• An organized and responsible individual with an "explorer" mindset, capable of taking initiative and proposing new ideas.
