Join Our Competence Center in Insurance Medicine

We are seeking to strengthen our team with a Specialist in Insurance Medicine for our competence center, which conducts its own examinations and consultations, while also providing independent insurance medical assessments. Our center is comprised of various specialists from diverse fields, allowing for a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Flexible Working Conditions

Our doctors have the flexibility to arrange their working hours from Monday to Friday, without any night, weekend, or holiday shifts. After a thorough onboarding process, there is also the option to perform part of your work from home.

Responsibilities

• Assess the health status of insured individuals and evaluate any potential impacts on their earning and performance capacity.
• Review medical files and consult with treating physicians as necessary.
• Engage in dialogue with professional staff involved in occupational integration and collaborate within the competence team to develop optimal solutions.
• Conduct on-site examinations of insured individuals independently, if desired.
• Create professional expert reports that contribute to fair and equitable decisions regarding benefits.

Requirements

• Specialist in Internal Medicine with several years of professional experience; a background in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine is also welcomed.
• A strong interest in topics related to insurance medicine and social insurance law.
• A passion for complex matters and enjoyment in dialogue with employees from benefit sectors.
• A proactive attitude towards taking responsibility and pursuing further education in specialized and insurance medicine.
