Your Tasks

  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace in line with all Safety, Health, Environmental, and airworthiness regulations, as well as SRT standards.
  • Maintain quality of workmanship and documentation at all times in accordance with authority and internal requirements.
  • Plan, assign, and manage workforce including vacation, skills, availability, and efficiency in line with engine planning and business demand.
  • Develop employees through training, skills management, and performance management while fostering motivation and engagement.
  • Ensure operational excellence by organizing cross-departmental support, tools, equipment, documentation, and process reliability.
  • Drive continuous improvement by applying Lean principles, managing 5S, and improving processes to achieve KPI and organizational targets.
  • Build a performance-driven culture through clear target setting, structured follow-up, and consistent leadership behavior.

Your Profile

  • Technical apprenticeship is a requirement.
  • 3 years of professional experience in the MRO industry with significant understanding of operational activities.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • English at level B1 and German at level C1 or higher.
  • Knowledge to apply Lean methodology.
  • Further management education desired but not a must.
