Job Opportunity: IT Infrastructure Manager – Critical Platforms & Industrial Systems
We are supporting one of our clients, a recognized industrial company, in the recruitment of an IT Infrastructure Manager – Critical Platforms & Industrial Systems.
In this role, you will report to the IT department and lead a technical team responsible for managing critical infrastructures connected to industrial production environments. Your primary focus will be to ensure the availability, performance, security, and continuous improvement of the platforms that support business teams and production workshops.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of system and platform administrators.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of critical infrastructures.
- Oversee environments related to industrial production systems and MES.
- Coordinate technical evolutions, deployments, and releases.
- Manage complex incidents and contribute to advanced support.
- Support continuous improvement of tools, practices, and operating processes.
Required Profile:
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven experience with critical systems infrastructure.
- Previous experience managing a technical team.
- Strong understanding of MES, industrial, or highly available environments.
- Knowledge of high availability, databases, load balancing, containerization, or monitoring.
- Familiarity with DevOps / Infrastructure as Code culture is a plus.
- Hands-on leadership, autonomy, a service mindset, and strong team spirit.
