We are collaborating with a renowned industrial company to recruit an IT Infrastructure Manager for Critical Platforms and Industrial Systems. This pivotal role, reporting directly to the IT department, involves leading a technical team responsible for managing critical infrastructures that are integral to industrial production environments.
Your primary focus will be to ensure the availability, performance, security, and evolution of platforms utilized by business teams and production workshops.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of system and platform administrators.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of critical infrastructures.
- Oversee environments linked to industrial production systems (MES).
- Coordinate technical evolutions, deployments, and releases.
- Manage complex incidents and contribute to advanced support.
- Support the continuous improvement of tools, practices, and operating processes.
Profile Required:
- Degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with critical systems infrastructure.
- Previous experience managing a technical team.
- Good understanding of MES, industrial, or highly available environments.
- Knowledge of high availability, databases, load balancing, containerization, or monitoring.
- Familiarity with DevOps / Infrastructure as Code culture is a plus.
- Hands-on leadership, autonomy, service mindset, and a strong team spirit.
