- Strong experience in Chinese cuisine, especially Indo-Chinese, including all varieties of noodles and rice.
- Profound knowledge of various beverages.
- Deep understanding of every aspect of Chinese dishes.
- Proficient with BBQ and Chinese specialty equipment (such as Woks).
- Ability to develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
- Assist with meal design preparation and planning.
- Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet our restaurant standards.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a well-reputed restaurant or hotel.
- Qualified with a diploma or degree in Hospitality.
- Commitment to working for a minimum of two years at our restaurants in Switzerland.
- Sound knowledge of Chinese specialty cuisine, particularly Indo-Chinese cooking techniques.
- Proficiency in German is preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in the hotel industry, specifically within Indian cuisine.
