Your tasks:

• Preparation and configuration of end devices according to specifications
• Distribution and installation of software using SCCM
• Delivery and setup of devices at deployment locations
• Conducting functionality tests and user assignments
• Technical on-site support for end users

Your profile:

• Some practical experience in IT support, rollout, or device setup
• Basic knowledge of Windows 11 and a sound understanding of hardware and cabling
• Experience with software distribution (e.g., SCCM) is a plus; training will be provided on-site
• Structured and reliable approach to work according to checklists and specifications
• Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor when interacting with users
