As a Chef de Rang, you are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by delivering attentive, professional, and personalized service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your assigned section independently and efficiently.
• Welcome guests and provide knowledgeable menu and wine recommendations.
• Take orders and ensure smooth, attentive service throughout the dining experience.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Supervise, guide, and support the Commis de Rang.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain excellent standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organization.

Your Profile:

You are experienced, service-oriented, and professionally presented, with excellent communication and organizational skills. You remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine passion for hospitality. A good command of French and English is required; additional language skills are considered an asset.
