Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to develop and execute our overall supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. The successful candidate will oversee both in-house and outsourced manufacturing, focusing on performance management and quality standards.
Your Contributions
- Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy, including supplier selection and performance management.
- Identify and leverage cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and adhering to production schedules through analysis of cost structures and negotiation with suppliers.
- Manage a team of 10 employees, including buyers and supply chain specialists.
- Partner closely with quality management to establish robust quality control procedures, ensuring consistent quality materials, whether sourced in-house or through contract manufacturers.
- Collaborate with the procurement team of our contract manufacturing partner to secure the timely availability of materials and components essential for production.
- Oversee the procurement budget, monitor costs, and optimize both operational and capital expenditures.
- Work alongside the industrialization and production teams to ensure a seamless transition of new devices from design to series production, including the transfer of work to our contract manufacturing partner.
- Lead the continuous optimization of the purchase-to-pay, inventory management, and make-to-stock processes within the ERP system (SAP Business by Design).
Your Profile
- BSc/MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, with additional education in Supply Chain or Business Management (or equivalent).
- 5+ years of experience in leading a rapidly growing supply chain organization in the high-tech industry, particularly within heavily outsourced manufacturing models.
- Demonstrated success in supplier selection, negotiation of complex supply agreements, and supplier performance management, resulting in substantial impacts on cost and quality in a global high-tech context.
- Strong conceptual and communication skills, able to connect with individuals from the shop floor to C-level executives, both within our organization and at supplier locations.
- Comprehensive IT skills, including proficiency in ERP, MES, PLM systems, with a preference for Google Workspace and SAP Business by Design.
- A passion for working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in French and English (C2 level proficiency in both languages).
