Your Role: Head of Primary School
This position is part of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and will serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) of the Primary School at ISR. We seek candidates eager to make a long-term commitment to lead and develop the ISR Primary School while advancing the vision and mission of our growing institution. Nestled in a beautiful region of Switzerland, we are a community International Baccalaureate (IB) World School.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Is a qualified teacher (with qualified teacher status, or an internationally recognized equivalent) holding a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- Has at least 3 to 5 years of experience as an international school leader.
- Provides professional leadership that reflects the vision and values of our school.
- Collaborates closely with teachers and the Leadership Team.
- Presents skills, knowledge, and expertise to inspire and promote the highest quality of IB teaching and learning.
- Models best practice, equipped with the knowledge, skills, and expertise to develop effective systems.
- Is a passionate, evidence-informed leader with a proven track record, leading the school in partnership with the leadership team, staff, students, and wider community.
- Values teaching and learning, ensuring every student is recognized and supported to succeed.
- Aims to be a teaching head, managing a maximum of 8 lessons per week.
- Thrives in a growing and developing school, collaborating to lay lasting foundations for future generations.
