Your Tasks
- Perform technical inspections of engine assemblies, modules, and piece parts on schedule (PW1100G-JM)
- Create repair orders for assemblies and individual parts
- Request and execute engine modifications
- Control executed modifications and configurations on single parts and assemblies
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work while maintaining high quality
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principles (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
- Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and safety
- Handle operating equipment with environmental consciousness
- Measure control of the assemblies in mounted condition
- Conduct timely execution and independent self-control of performed orders
- Document activities assigned in accordance with regulations
- Perform internal audits (e.g., 5S audits) and ensure timely implementation of defined actions
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably in metal (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineers, machine mechanics, or equivalent)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry
- Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA part 145/ part 66
- Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely, and responsibly
- Open-minded and dedicated team player with strong communication skills
- High safety, quality, and cost awareness
- Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus
- Knowledge of English (level B1); knowledge of German is an advantage
