Your Tasks

  • Perform technical inspections of engine assemblies, modules, and piece parts on schedule (PW1100G-JM)
  • Create repair orders for assemblies and individual parts
  • Request and execute engine modifications
  • Control executed modifications and configurations on single parts and assemblies
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned work while maintaining high quality
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and safety
  • Handle operating equipment with environmental consciousness
  • Measure control of the assemblies in mounted condition
  • Conduct timely execution and independent self-control of performed orders
  • Document activities assigned in accordance with regulations
  • Perform internal audits (e.g., 5S audits) and ensure timely implementation of defined actions

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training, preferably in metal (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineers, machine mechanics, or equivalent)
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry
  • Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA part 145/ part 66
  • Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends
  • Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely, and responsibly
  • Open-minded and dedicated team player with strong communication skills
  • High safety, quality, and cost awareness
  • Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of English (level B1); knowledge of German is an advantage
