Position Overview

To strengthen our team in the Graphics & Concept department, we are looking for a Graphic Designer (f/m/d) 100%. In this versatile role, you will collaborate closely with the Brand Design and Marketing team to develop visually captivating designs that embody our brand's essence.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creative Lead and Marketing team to develop creative concepts, mood boards, and visual directions for graphic, editorial, and video productions.
• Develop animations, motion graphics, and video content that bring our brand and creative concepts to life.
• Incorporate AI tools and emerging technologies into creative workflows, bringing a curious and experimental mindset to your work.
• Support the E-commerce team in integrating visual storytelling across website content, newsletters, and digital customer touchpoints.
• Create brand awareness content for websites, newsletters, social media, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring adherence to our corporate identity guidelines.
• Prepare and optimize visual assets for digital advertising, including banners, image adaptations, cropping, and logo placement while maintaining strong visual composition and brand consistency.
• Bring a strong conceptual mindset and develop creative solutions that combine aesthetic excellence with strategic impact.
• Effectively collaborate across teams, communicate ideas clearly, and remain open to feedback and new perspectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, along with 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
• You are highly proficient in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator), Figma, and AI-powered creative tools.
• You actively integrate AI into your design process and are eager to explore emerging technologies and new creative workflows. Experience with 3D design and animation is a plus.
• You can clearly articulate your ideas both verbally and through written or creative methods, responding promptly and professionally to internal feedback.
• You bring insightful opinions and a broad cultural perspective, along with a deep understanding of the design landscape, positively influencing creative outcomes.
• You are proficient in either German or English, both written and spoken.
