The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Grade 6 teacher who can engage and inspire learners through their passion and professional expertise. An ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Upper Primary and Lower Secondary education, with a specialization in English and Humanities/Social Studies. They should be flexible and enthusiastic about collaborating with a team of dynamic professionals to plan, deliver, and assess a student-centered curriculum in our diverse international school setting. Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• At least 5 years of experience in teaching this age group, preferably in an international school setting
• Extensive international experience required for non-Swiss/EU applicants
• Learner-centered focus, with the ability to differentiate for diverse learning needs
• Teaching license including specialization; Master's level study preferred
• Documented record of excellence in teaching
• Experience with interdisciplinary teaching methods
• Commitment to collaborative planning and teaching
• Integration of technology into the curriculum
• Understanding of concept-based curriculum and instruction
• Inquiry-based pedagogical approach
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
