Join Our Team as a Specialist in Geriatrics

Are you a dedicated Geriatrics specialist seeking a position in a reputable general practice? Our facility, located in the beautiful canton of Bern, is integrated within a nursing and care home that accommodates approximately 120 residents. We are a privately operated group practice that collaborates with various specialists.

Position Available

We are currently looking for a:

Specialist in Geriatrics / Specialist in General Internal Medicine (m/f/d)

We seek a professional with a passion for the care and treatment of older patients who will thrive in our motivated and experienced primary care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents and staff in the care home.
• Conduct outpatient consultations for patients external to the nursing and care home.
• Explore opportunities for further expansion of geriatrics services, catering to the local population's needs.

Requirements

• A valid Specialist in General Medicine FMH, practical doctor, or Specialist in General Internal Medicine FMH, or equivalent EU diplomas.
• A solid background in general practice, with broad training and experience.
• Additional qualifications in Geriatrics are welcomed but not mandatory.
• Strong team player qualities, excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a readiness to assume responsibility.
