Do you excel in balancing highly specialized assistance with independent patient care? Are you passionate about both the meticulous art of endodontics and preventive dentistry? Then we have the ideal position for you!

Our modern practice, specializing in endodontics in Rüschlikon, is seeking to enhance our team starting December 2026. We are looking to welcome two motivated individuals at a 50% workload; however, a 100% position is also available. It is essential that you can independently perform prophylaxis treatments as part of your role.

Your Qualifications

• Education: Successfully completed training as a Dental Assistant (EFZ) with additional training as a Prophylaxis Assistant (PA).
• Experience: Solid experience in independently performing prophylaxis on both adults and children. Ideally, you should already possess experience in endodontic assistance (surgical microscope, rubber dam), or demonstrate the motivation to be trained in this specialty by us.
• Work Style: Sensitive, accurate work with a strong focus on quality and hygiene.
• Personality: A congenial, empathetic demeanor that helps soothe anxious patients.
• Languages: Very good German language skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Prophylaxis: Independently conduct professional teeth cleanings, manage recall appointments, and provide individualized oral hygiene consultations.
• Chair Assistance: Offer professional, proactive assistance during our specialized endodontic treatments under the microscope.
• Patient Care: Ensure comprehensive care of our patients in a calm, relaxed atmosphere.
• Practice Organization: Prepare and follow-up treatment rooms, perform digital X-rays, and manage instrument preparation according to modern standards.
