Job Opportunity: HR Generalist

Proclinical is seeking an HR Generalist to support our HR Business Partners in the implementation of personnel strategies and daily operations. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of defined HR processes and projects, contribute to organizational changes, and play an active role in enhancing HR processes, employee experience, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR business partners on both operational and strategic HR topics.
• Advise leaders and employees on selected HR processes.
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and decision materials.
• Participate in organizational changes, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Manage defined HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
• Support performance, compensation, and talent processes.
• Coordinate and track personnel actions.
• Lead or contribute to local and global HR projects, including planning, coordination, and implementation.
• Assist with process optimizations and digitalization initiatives.
• Support change management and communication measures.
• Create and analyze HR metrics and reports to ensure high data quality in HR systems.
• Develop actionable recommendations based on HR data and trends.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Background in human resources, business administration, or a related field (degree or equivalent qualification).
• Solid understanding of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Swiss labor law is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HR systems and digital HR processes.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Initiative and enthusiasm for change and continuous improvement.
