Field Medical Advisor - Solid Tumors

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive medical strategies.
- Identify unmet medical needs, treatment trends, and evidence gaps, translating insights into impactful medical initiatives.
- Provide compliant scientific information and support the development and review of scientific and educational materials.
- Assist in evidence-generation activities, including real-world evidence projects, registries, and scientific publications.
- Establish and maintain scientific partnerships, while organizing and leading scientific exchanges.
- Deliver medical training and scientific updates, monitoring emerging evidence in the field.
- Lead and support patient affairs initiatives and projects.
Profile
- University degree in a health-related scientific discipline (MD, PharmaD, PhD, MSc).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Oncology (specifically in melanoma and ocular oncology).
- Experience in medical strategy development or clinical research projects.
- Strong knowledge of the Swiss healthcare environment, regulatory framework, and pharmaceutical compliance.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Switzerland and occasionally abroad.
